Some weeks it begins with an heirloom bean slow-cooked or perhaps its built around a root vegetable, a summer squash, or whatever arrives fresh from our local farms. The ingredients may change but the intention never does.
This is food made to nourish at the deepest level the kind of stew that feeds the body and honors the traditions of those who cooked before us. Always vegan and gluten free

Remove lid and transfer soup to a saucepan. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add a splash of water or broth if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Can go directly from the freezer to your pot or thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

Storage Guidelines
Store frozen at 32°F or below. Best within 3 months of freeze date. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, as product thaws the compostable container will become soft, handle with care.
