About The Sacred Kitchen and Tribu Pantry Provisions

The Sacred Kitchen is founded by Mia Ormes, a culinary educator, cook, mother and creator devoted to reimagining the role of food in daily life.
Her work is shaped by years of hands-on cooking, teaching, and building community through food. With a deep respect for whole ingredients, cultural foodways, and the intelligence of the body, she brings a grounded yet intuitive approach to nourishment.
Mia's work sits at the intersection of food, ritual, and everyday living. She believes that cooking does not need to be complicated to be meaningful, and that even the simplest meal can be an act of care, connection, and transformation.
The Sacred Kitchen also known as Tribu's higher self grew from the foundation of Tribu Pantry Provisions, a line of simple, nourishing foods created to support everyday cooking.
As the work expanded, it became clear that nourishment extended beyond what was packaged. It lived in the kitchen itself, in the act of preparing food, and in the relationships formed around it.
The Sacred Kitchen is the evolution of that understanding, it is a living practice. As a practitioner, I invite you into a slower rhythm, a deeper connection and a place to begin again.
My dream is that every kitchen be a Sacred Kitchen, a place of nourishment and healing
