Every week, we make one soup inspired by whatever is growing, whatever is peak, whatever the season is actually providing right now in the region. Sourced as locally as possible from local farms, made in small batches by hand and ready for pickup Friday or Saturday.

Remove lid and transfer soup to a saucepan. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add a splash of water or broth if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Can go directly from the freezer to your pot or thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Storage Guidelines
Storage Guidelines
Store frozen at 32°F or below. Best within 3 months of freeze date. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, as product thaws the compostable container will become soft, handle with care.
