Rooted in Afro-Caribbean culinary heritage, this fragrant curry is a vibrant mix of tender chickpeas simmered in coconut milk with butternut squash, red and green bell pepper with vibrant spices. Perfect with rice, roti or spooned straight from the pot!
Ingredients: Chickpeas, butternut squash, red and green bell pepper, diced tomato, onion, garlic, okra powder, parsley, thyme, sage, marjoram, celery seed, cayenne, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, allspice and himalayan salt.

Remove lid and transfer soup to a saucepan. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add a splash of water or broth if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Can go directly from the freezer to your pot or thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

Store frozen at 32°F or below. Best within 3 months of freeze date. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, as product thaws the compostable container will become soft, handle with care.
